BEFORE YOU APPLY
An application fee pays for consideration. It may be non-refundable even if you are not selected. A booth fee covers your selling space, with payment terms set by the organizer. Check both amounts, the booth dimensions, and when payment is due.
Use the application checklist ↗Some markets charge a percentage of sales as well as a setup fee. Others require an item donation or charge separately for electricity and equipment. Compare the number of selling days and everything included before choosing a booth.
“Not published” means we could not confirm a fee; it does not mean the space is free.
Open applications can have a fixed cutoff. Rolling applications are reviewed without a published final date. A waitlist is a request for a place if one becomes available. None of these statuses guarantees acceptance.
The source-check date shows when we reviewed the information. After 14 days, unconfirmed availability is marked for a recheck.
