03 / THE FIT
Who can apply
List every product for approval and include product and booth photos; food trucks need a truck or trailer photo. Vendors are selected on market needs, booth descriptions and photos. Apply separately for each market.
- Hours: 10 am–3 pm Central. Be ready at least 30 minutes before opening and do not pack up before closing without approval. The revised form no longer gives the conflicting 4 pm teardown time.
- Bring your own tent, tables, chairs and displays. Expect grass, gravel and some slope. Weight each tent leg; stakes alone are insufficient. Electricity is limited to approved Toolshed demonstrators; generators need prior approval.
- The organizer describes booth fees as non-refundable, with payments carried to a replacement date for the same event. Review the current refund and rescheduling terms before paying.
- The form includes options to use an October 10 payment, while its general policy restricts transfers between markets. Previously paid fall vendors should confirm any holiday transfer directly.
