Plan a shopping trip around Nashville, Lascassas, Knoxville or Chattanooga. Compare nine selected markets, from early November shopping in Nashville to December weekends in Chattanooga, with separate entry and parking details.
Researched by MakerDates · Guide expanded October 16, 2026; individual source checks are dated below. This is a selected guide, not a complete state calendar or a record of personal visits. Nashville and Lascassas use Central time; Knoxville and Chattanooga use Eastern time. Hours below are local to each event.
These are event dates, not the start of a continuous statewide season. Nashvillage lists two Thursday-to-Sunday runs; Chattanooga lists two Saturday-to-Sunday weekends. Check the individual schedule before choosing a weekday visit.
Compare dates and visitor admission
Entry prices below are for shoppers. Application fees, booth charges and sales commissions are seller costs. Free entry does not mean free parking; unconfirmed admission does not mean free.

Displayed advance prices: $12 after 11 am, $10 after 1 pm; after 3 pm, $8 Saturday or $6 Sunday. Weekend VIP $16; children under 12 free. Check final fees and availability.

Retropolitan, Nashvillage, Knoxville Holiday Market and Chattanooga Holiday Market publish free admission. Porter Flea’s Saturday main market is free; its Friday preview is $25. Black Barn’s visitor admission is not confirmed in the sources we checked. Porter Flea lists $10 cash parking on both days, and the Knoxville and Chattanooga organizers describe nearby paid parking without a rate.
Choose indoor or outdoor shopping deliberately
Porter Flea is indoors at the Nashville Fairgrounds. Retropolitan takes place at The Mill & Mine; Knoxville and Chattanooga use their convention centers. Nashvillage and Black Barn are outdoor markets. Check the latest organizer announcement for weather-related changes before travelling.
Check the local time and arrival details
When travelling between Middle and East Tennessee, check your route’s time-zone change. Saturday and Sunday hours also differ at both convention-center markets. Retropolitan’s FAQ says its main level is accessible but its balcony has no elevator. For other access needs, toilets, pets or accessible parking, confirm directly with the organizer where details are not published.
