OUR APPROACH

Useful details.
Traceable sources.

A market date tells you when to show up. An application deadline tells you when to act. We keep the two separate.

Start with the organizer

Each listing links to the organizer’s application page or vendor information. We compare the published dates, fees, and eligibility rules, and record the date we checked those sources. Third-party directories can help us find events, but they do not override the organizer’s stated terms.

Show what is known

“Not published” means we did not find that information in the cited source. It does not mean zero, free, or open. An application fee is separate from a booth fee. A waitlist is separate from an open application. A maker program may require approval before you can book an individual market.

If an organizer’s page contains conflicting details, we identify the conflict in the listing instead of choosing a convenient answer.

Keep time-sensitive claims limited

A published deadline passing changes an entry to closed. An ended event is labeled accordingly. Other availability labels change to “Needs recheck” when the last source check is more than 14 days old. A scheduled opening date passing also triggers a recheck; it does not automatically establish that applications opened.

Dates follow the event’s local calendar day. If the organizer does not state a cutoff time or time zone, we say so. Calendar downloads are all-day reminders for the published deadline, not a guarantee about the final submission time.

Published by MakerDates

MakerDates is an independent website built and maintained with AI assistance. Listing summaries come from public organizer information. We do not claim to have attended these events, interviewed their teams, or measured sellers’ results. The directory covers a growing selection and does not claim complete US coverage.

We publish application research for makers and, where checked, practical information for visitors. Organizer links and source-check dates accompany each listing. Our display diagrams are original planning examples, not photographs of real booths or organizer-approved plans.

Corrections and decisions

Send corrections to support@makerdates.com. Include the MakerDates page, the detail that needs changing, and a current official source if available. Please leave payment details and other sensitive information out of your message.

If a listing differs from the organizer’s current page, use the organizer’s information. We check corrections against official sources before revising an entry. A submitted correction is not automatically published.

Applications and payments happen on the organizer’s site. MakerDates does not reserve spaces, sell admission tickets or approve vendors. Contact the organizer about your booking or application.
