03 / THE FIT
Who can apply
List every product for approval and include product and booth photos; food trucks need a truck or trailer photo. Selection depends on available space, product categories and submitted photos.
- The organizer’s homepage and replacement form announce October 24, 9 am–3 pm Central. The older event page still shows October 10 and 10 am–4 pm; use the rescheduling notice.
- Paid October 10 booth reservations carry to this replacement date. The form describes fees as non-refundable; review its rescheduling terms before paying.
- Bring your own tent, tables, chairs and displays. Expect grass, gravel and some slope. Weight each tent leg; stakes alone are insufficient. Electricity is limited to approved Toolshed demonstrators; generators need prior approval.
- Be ready at least 30 minutes before opening and remain through the official closing time. Setup instructions are sent separately.
