Mail a check payable to NEACA with the application. The portal identifies $285 as the non-member booth fee; the 2027 form specifies a 10 × 12 ft space. Checks are cashed after jury selection; unselected applicants’ checks are returned.

03 / THE FIT
Who can apply
Juried work handcrafted by the vendor. Mail the completed form, check, three craft photos and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Food vendors must include the documents requested in the form.
- Use the Spring 2027 PDF’s mailing instructions: NEACA Spring Show, Attention: Kathy Robertson, P.O. Box 1113, West Station, Huntsville, AL 35807. The portal still has a Christmas Show mailing heading.
- Plan to sell all three days. Setup is Thursday, April 1, 8:30 am–7 pm; the form says decisions are sent after December 15, 2026.
- The form states a $40 cancellation fee and no refund for cancellations within 30 days of the show. Booth selection and preferred placement are not guaranteed.
